However, not all companies are suffering downturns. If your company is thriving but you still haven’t gotten a raise, there are many things you can do to get noticed - in a good way - by your company's superiors and move along the promotion process.

Before diving into specific tips, remember that positioning yourself for advancement is both a mindset and a strategy. Take an active role in your career growth by setting clear goals, tracking your achievements, and showcasing the value you bring to the organization.
